1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AXIOM (the "Service"), operated by AXIOM Inc. ("AXIOM", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AXIOM is an intelligence operating system that unifies AI chat, research, memory, study mode, voice, image generation, and file analysis into a single platform. We continuously improve the Service and may add, change, or remove features.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use AXIOM.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

AXIOM offers tiered plans — AXIOM Free, AXIOM Starter ($9/mo), AXIOM Pro ($24/mo), AXIOM Business ($79/mo), AXIOM Enterprise ($249/mo), and AXIOM Co. ($999/mo). Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from Settings; access remains until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AXIOM to (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) generate malicious code, harassment, hate, or sexual content involving minors; (d) attempt to reverse engineer the Service; or (e) abuse rate limits or resell access.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant AXIOM a limited license to process that content to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal content.

7. AI Output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. You are responsible for reviewing AXIOM's output before relying on it for decisions, publication, or any consequential action.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or pose a security or legal risk. You may close your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXIOM disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXIOM's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
