AXIOM Inc. ("AXIOM", "we") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data — email, name, and authentication identifiers.
  • Usage data — interactions with the Service, model selections, and feature events.
  • Content — prompts, files, images, voice input, and conversations you submit to AXIOM.
  • Device data — IP address, browser, and basic diagnostics.
  • Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

  • Operate and secure the Service.
  • Personalize AXIOM's memory and recommendations.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Improve quality, debug, and prevent abuse.
  • Communicate important account, security, and product updates.

3. AI Models

To deliver responses, AXIOM routes prompts to AI models operated by AXIOM and trusted providers. We do not use your private content to train foundation models without your explicit opt-in.

4. Sharing

We share data only with (a) infrastructure and AI providers strictly necessary to operate AXIOM; (b) authorities when legally required; and (c) successors in a business transfer. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Conversations and memory are stored while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from Settings, or by emailing us. Residents of the EU, UK, and California have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA respectively.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and regular reviews. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong password and unique credentials.

8. International Transfers

AXIOM operates globally. Where data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses.

9. Children

AXIOM is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
