Refund Policy

We want every AXIOM subscriber to feel the platform is worth it. If something's off, we'll make it right.

1. Subscription Plans

AXIOM Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise, and Co. are billed monthly in advance.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're unhappy with AXIOM Starter, Pro, or Business within 7 days of your first paid charge, email us for a full refund of that charge. The guarantee applies once per customer and per plan family.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; you won't be charged again. We do not pro-rate partial months outside the 7-day window.

4. AXIOM Enterprise & AXIOM Co.

Enterprise and Co. plans are governed by their individual order forms or master agreements; refund terms are defined there and supersede this page.

5. Abuse, Fraud, and Chargebacks

Refunds may be denied for accounts that violate our Terms (abuse, fraud, resale, automated scraping). Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

6. How to Request

Email hello@novamindworld.online from the address on your AXIOM account. We respond within two business days.

7. Taxes & Currency

Refunds are issued in the original currency and to the original payment method. Taxes are refunded where required by law.
